I think it's better for her to focus on her music career before judging others, also Demi's personality is not likable by many people, especially after the whole rehab thing. Demi Lovato is the front-runner for the 4th seat on the "X Factor" judge's panel, but she hasn't gotten an offer yet ... sources connected with Fox Network tell TMZ.

We broke the story, producers are close to sealing a deal with Britney Spears to fill one of the 2 vacant chairs, but that deal is still in negotiations -- it is NOT closed. We're told both sides expect to reach an agreement and if they do Britney will end up with $15 mil for the season.

Lovato certainly has a fiery personality -- as we reported, she once socked a female back-up dancer in the face during the Jonas Brothers tour.

The other people in contention for the 4th seat are Miley Cyrus, Avril Lavigne, LeAnn Rimes and Fergie. But there have been NO offers made to fill that seat.

Hey now...I wouldn't call her a dumbass for something like that but at the same time I agree. I feel like her people are being too sensitive towards her because they don't want another break down. Demi doesn't understand that to be successful and the success she is wanting (she wants Rihanna/Katy fame status) then she has to WORK for it. Like I get stressed out because I go to school, work, etc and she sings and goes to different places for a living and is "stressed' lol but it's w/e

If it's true, people who don't find her likeable might like her personality on X Factor and it will be such great exposure for her that I don't really care what haters will say tbh.
