"Headstrong" is the first single from band Trapt on their debut self-titled album. It was the theme for WWE's Bad Blood 2003. It reached #1 on alternative charts and #16 on pop. It won 2 Billboard Music Awards in 2003 for "Best Modern Rock Track" and "Best Rock Track"

This song was featured in the motocross video game "MX Unleashed" the pro wrestling video game "Legends of Wrestling II" "NHL 2003" and Donkey Konga 2. The song receives regular airplay during warmups at RFK Stadium before D.C. United games. This song was also in the movie Grind. The song at one point was covered by Xero, who eventually changed their name to Linkin Park, one of today's most popular bands.
