Considering she calls herself that, I would say it's fine.
The rule is more aimed towards the mangling of names. Shortforms like Yonce, Xtina, Bey, Brit, Gags are fine.

It's a popular nickname that Christina actually gave herself. She wears clothes that say "Xtina" on them and it was even her Twitter name. It's practically her name and it's universally recognized.

We generally warn Nekci Menij nicknames, but Gags has been used way before the YouTube show made it a popular nickname.

Nope. I have warned Selenators who have used that nickname and Selena is my wife.

But what's the difference between Selegend / Beysus and Yonce / Gags? I've seen lots of new members use Selegend and get away with it. . . .

The first two are combinations of the celebs name with another word. While the other two are just shortened.
