There have been #1s on pop radio that weren't even top 30 on iTunes, actually. And plenty of pop radio flops that were slaying iTunes. Radio playlists are affected by callout scores, requests, the artist's general radio reputation and industry politics. They have no direct correlation with sales. Don't worry about it
