If you purchase a single on iTunes, it obviously counts as one purchase towards the total number of singles sold for a week. If at any time you choose to purchase the album the single is on via the "complete the album" option, the number of singles sold that week is decreased by one since the total money paid is equivalent to the price of the album. They won't allow the $12.99 (in Stronger Deluxe's case) to count towards the purchase of the album as well as the purchase of the single.

No, only if you buy the single individually does it count as a sale for the single.
I think the complete the album is only for the standard edition so at least it shouldn't have as big of an affect if it were there for the deluxe as well.

I love MKIA, I hope it gets another wind. It deserves so much more. It's one of those Kelly Clarkson tracks that really feel like Kelly. Most of the songs on the album are tailored for radio.
The War Is Over, Mr. Know It All, Honestly and Standing In Front Of You are the only tracks that really have that Kelly vibe. The others are very different from Kelly. She's like being forced to sell-out. Ugh. I miss her My December ambience.
