I was going to say. "Breathe Me" got her a lot of recognition back in the day, mainly on the Alternation/AC stations. Not mainstream. Plus it's usage in television shows, most notably
Six Feet Under. Admittedly I hadn't heard any songs from her until I watched that show last year, just that she was working with Xtina on
Bionic (
).
But since, I've listened to some of her albums and she's good. And "Wild Ones" is really great, cause of her.
I remember many people saying this could be Minaj's first #1 hit and for Guetta, too.. The song had too much potential but it peaked too fast on sales, then the video didn't help sales. Its airplay is amazing and still growing up but the song didn't do good compared to the smash it could be
