After School's album preview surprised me. It's much more house influenced than I thought it would be - I'm honestly not sure if I like it, it doesn't make for particularly good pop songs. Whoever said something about the empty nature of the choruses was onto something. Nonetheless, I'll wait for the full to really judge. Plus the snippets are really LQ so.
When I saw 2NE1's "If I Were You" performance for the first time I was so surprised that it was Minzy singing the adlibs in Bom's last chorus since it sounds so much like Bom in the studio. I've spent 15 minutes replaying the last chorus over and over again trying to figure out how that could possibly be Minzy's voice before I realized that it IS Bom, they just changed it for the live performance.
