Back to seriously discussing the album though. Why did she bother performing "C'mon" when it doesn't hit radio for another month? She could of done another 'Die Young' performance to give it another digital kick while it's still hot.

My guess is that she wanted to showcase a little more of the album during its week of release.
However, if that was her plan then I think she should have gone with something else. A one-off performance of a song like, for instance, Love Into The Light would have shown a few million potential viewers at home that she's capable of more than just uptempo songs. She really is kind of between singles right now, and she has an album to promote, so why not flaunt something about herself that few people realize? Opportunities like that one are few and far between and I do feel like she wasted it on a song that the world will end up hearing in just a few weeks regardless. Bad decision imo.
Edit: But yeah, she really could have just performed Die Young and called it a day. It could have been the kick it needed.
