SImon normally has a plan with these things, if he has someone on his shows its either to help his ratings (britney) have genuine industry knowledge for over a long period of time (louis walsh, L.A. Reid) or he wants to help make a big star i.e (cheryl cole, tulisa....maybe even demi)

Tulisa btw is on course for her first solo #1 single in the UK less than a year after becoming an X Factor judge.
