Some what, yes. But, not as gory as past seasons. Overall it is a very disturbing show.

I really want Nan to bring back her hunky boy toy back, then Madison can kill off Misty. Misty is part of the reason people are saying that this season isn't s good since you can die, come back and continue about with no consequences. I want to know more about Joan and if she is a witch, if Luke is back maybe he can be a warlock. Ryan did state that there would be one or two, we already saw the gay one Myrtle killed and Luke could be the other, but he could also be talking about that demon that bosses around Marie.

Anyways I am ready to see Nan develop another power and show us how much of a bad bitch she can be, same with Cordelia. Part of me still wants Madison as the Supreme, she's been a highlight this season specially as a bitch witch and bringing in the glam and humor to the show. Marie is awesome as well, "When I plant a fat-ass cracker bitch, I expect her to stay planted, not come back up like a damn ragweed!" had me in tears.

But Misty is lovely, but I agree with you she was used more than a plot twist than an actual character if you get what I mean, but I love her too much btw I have this theory I posted on my tumblr about her death:

So I think that Madison is really going to kill Misty Day (And I don’t know if I can watch that, especially because as a character Misty is basically the female and witch version of myself, it’s like watching a piece of you dying on screen ahah!), in the synopsis of 3x10 it’s mentioned that Madison is really jealous of Misty and her jealousy goes to the extreme lenght, and in the synopsis of 3x11 the Coven mourns one of their own (But it could be also Nan, who isn’t mentioned on the imdb of 3x11/3x12) while Kyle and Zoe pursue justice (and will be blocked by Madison) with the help of Myrtle (And this it’s another demonstration why probably it’s going to be Misty the witch who dies, those 3 characters (Zoe, Kyle and Myrtle and yeah also Madison if she kills Misty) are the only ones who have a bond with her). BUT there is something curious in the 3x11 is it mentioned that Kathy will meet a kindred spirit who will help her and Lily Rabe said time ago that she have scenes with Kathy Bates, so probably she will be a ghost, who knows?

SUPER SPOILER (It's just my theory)

Probably Marie will die in the 3x11, because in the 3x12 Queenie will enter in hell and come back to search Marie Laveau.

Yeah Marie will die and Queenie will go after her, I really don't want Nan to die, she better be the biggest plot twist. I think Myrtle will help Zoe and Kyle keep a certain bond which will exclude Madison since Fiona stole a guy from her and she couldn't be with him and sees the same situation with the younger witches. I do agree Misty dies, even Ryan said death will be permanent, but Misty can come back and she helps LaLaurie take revenge. He also said no one has guessed the Supreme which would knock out Madison, Nan, Queenie, Zoe and Misty (as human form), maybe it's Madame LaLaurie with Misty's ghost inside her?
