Up until a few years ago you had to pay an annual fee to be part of it, and it gave you pre-sales, message boards a magazine and yearly gift. But then they had a cut off where they wouldn't accept anymore people so it was closed up for a few years.

But with the MDNA Tour you could buy a Live Pass and get pre-sale tickets, your choice gift of either a poster, lanyard or a $5 coupon to her online merchandise store and access to the 2012 World Tour message board. After the tour ends I dunno what they'll do with this group either kick us all out, or HOPEFULLY let us buy into the fanclub and then close it up until the next tour.

The show was surprisingly energetic and positive. Madonna seemed extremely happy and did NOT stop smiling the entire show. The voice was notably hoarse but she fought thru it.
