The last two singles by a female to go #1 for 10 weeks was Rihanna - We Found Love(2011-2012) and Beyonce - Irreplacable(2006-2007). But the last single by a female to go #1 for over 10 weeks was Mariah Careys - We Belong Together (2005) for 14 weeks

EDIT: oh and yes BEP's were the last to have #1 for over ten weeks with IGAF(14 weeks)/BBP(12 weeks) 2009
