I will always give it a chance because Asylum was my ****. I can tune in if the acting is top notch. I gave up with Freakshow because I was tired of seeing Jessica Lange play the exact same withered belle that aspires for beauty and suffers from vices and addictions. The man that played Dandy was pretty good and I was happy that he was starting to replace Peters but Murphy threw himself into a damn corner and shoved it all onto that actors shoulders.

Yeah. Asylum was the peak of the show. I would say Coven was, actually, because I love it, but the finale was tragic, so it's kinda under Asylum by default. Gaga being in the cast makes me assume he'll put focus on her, because he always did that with Jessica. There's no real huge star on the show without her, so he's definitely gonna kiss Gaga's ass and give her the Jessica treatment. That alone is bad for the show, because an ensemble cast is best. Putting focus on one person (Sarah/Jessica/Gaga) is terrible. Finn did what he could with Dandy, but Freak Show was awful, and all the characters were poorly done by the second half of the season. Dandy was fantastic in episodes 1-9, but then fell off the face of the planet in the remainder of the season.
