Vanishing On 7th Street - 5/10
I found an interesting movie with an interesting idea, good soundtrack that leaves the film with a tense atmosphere and that is good and the actors were good, I mean, was supposed to succeed if the director and writer were not idiots, but was poorly done, bad script and what the hell was that end? I could not take that final "Knowing", by the way I hate that. Anyway, it wasn't well developed, still haven't found the movie totally bad, as I've seen before in blogs, the film has its charm, its strengths.
About to watch my first ever horror movie (because it doesn't look too scary).. Scream 4
I'm possibly going to do my 'The Island' review today. It's going to be a long one. I did like a little mini review of it when I only watched 30% of it in my English class about 3 weeks ago, then we finished and I
loved
and then I rented it and watched it again with my mom & sister and
they loved it too

When a horror movie trailer comes on TV or something.. that's already enough for me.
But fans of the series have been saying that it's less scary and more comedy, even though they also say it's the goriest.. and I hate blood. But I'm going to give it a try because it looks really interesting and all.
The Sweetest Thing - 6/10
Funny. Acid. Some hilarious scenes. A good movie to laugh with friends, and obviously when you have no restrictions. It was a little forced in some scenes however it has made history in reverse, since usually in the movies who apears is the guy 'chicken' who falls in and runs back and this time the girl is who made everything.
My Soul To Take - 6/10
With a very interesting theme, developed till a part of the film correctly, but almost vanished at the end. Bug is an extremely cute guy, whose gives you the idea of the most innocent person in the world and that further ahead if it makes us rethink is so innocent. The main idea is quite different, multiple souls instead of multiple personalities with a touch of mystical and supernatural to spice up the story had everything to be perfect, but with the progress the plot began to seem too predictable and almost half of the film, as gives notice to the entire plot of intrigue, which makes them lose all the suspense and grace of figure that out in the end. In short, it's a good movie, could have been better if directed it better, really disappointed with Wes Craven.

I love this movie!Especially when the penis was stuck in Selma's mouth and they all start singing I Don't Wanna Miss A Thing!

That scene was hilarious. I haven't laughed so hard since a long time ago and that movie had all what it needed. And the motorhead scene? Personally my favorite scene of the whole movie.
The Queen - 7/10
Indeed, the film is almost all of Helen Mirren, perfect in the role of Queen Elizabeth II. The rest stays average. A story already known to the general public, because it is based on real facts well documented at the time. Personally, I really like the director Stephen Frears, but this is not one of his best work. It is worth it to know all about the personality of one of the most famous monarchs of the past decades, sovereign facade of the English monarchy. It really is an odd figure, compassionate through a poor animal slaughtered during a game, but unable to surrender to the greater popularity of the charismatic Princess Diana, all because of the vanity of the royal family, whose still didn't realize that their time changed.
I Know Who Killed Me - 5/10
You need to pay attention to the smallest detail to be able to understand the movie. It is very confusing and sometimes very awkward. The story is understandable however is weak, what reward are the steamy Lindsay Lohan's scenes. From bad, the movie becomes good. I have a few chances, but whatever. Lindsay would not have a twin sister, she keeps the whole story in mind, so that she can not feel pain. I read this somewhere and I adopted this hypothesis as well.
Beastly
4/10.
A modern take on the classic story of The Beauty and the Beast but this film is anything but a classic. It was a bit fast paced and didn't get to explain a lot of things since they cut a lot of details from the book. I've read the book so luckily for me, I understood what was happening, even with the lack of details. The relationship between the main character, Alex Pettyfer and Vanessa Hudgens were rushed and didn't feel Alex' character change like he's supposed to be. He wasn't believable in portraying the arrogant, rich kid in the beginning and his acting all throughout the movie was awkward. Neil Patrick Harris wasn't as believable as a blind guy too. The movie lacked some action which could have helped make the ending better.
Jurassic Park.
9/10
I love it. It has the perfect amount of fun, suspense, action. It starts a bit slow, but the special effects were groundbreaking considerin the year it came out. Dr. Grant is a hottie!
Scream 4- 66%, D
It was decent. The characters were good and the acting was okay but it was a bit boring at a few parts and lacked something but I have yet to find out what. The kills were good, though most were just stabs at a body part.. there was only about 1 to 3 of them that weren't like that. I would say that this is my first 'scary movie' I've ever seen.. but it wasn't scary at all. The jokes included were good though. Loved Hayden, Emma, and Courtney. The ****ing final 20 or so minutes MADE this movie.
*Note: this movie may look scary/horror-ish from the trailer, trust me.. it wasn't intended to be scary, and it's not even .0000001% that way. The Island- 92%, A-
Really amazing. I'd love to do a huge review of this movie, but it would be a million pages long because there's just so much to cover in this movie. The plot is amazing, Michael Bay did a spectacular job at this film and the casting, acting, and visuals were amazing. The car/flying motercycle futuristic thing chase was awesome and one of the best parts of the film. They also add tons of jokes into the film which makes it even more enjoyable and hilarious. It's a really great thriller-ish, scifi-ish, comedy-ish (only a few jokes, not anything huge) film. Only bad thing about it is that it took awhile to start off, they could've shortened it by a good 10 to 15 minutes from pointless material.
Ratatouille- 98%, A+
I only saw the last 15 minutes of the movie a few days ago, but I still count "seeing" it. I saw it the week it premiered in theaters, thinking it would be a great movie but not anything too amazing.. I was definitely wrong, it's in my opinion - the best Pixar movie with no competition, in my top 10 favorite films. The story, animation, acting, just everything, is simply just magical.
WALL-E- 25%, F
This came on TV right after Ratatouille, I only saw the first 20 minutes.. but also like Ratatouille, I've seen it in the first week it came out. I expected this to be great, especially since the reviews were magnificent for this film. Then I read before we left that there was only about 30 minutes of actual dialogue in this movie and sadly, they weren't joking. Back then I actually found the movie kind of insulting, and still have hatred for it. But that's not the only thing I hate about it.. obviously the lack of words or verbal contact in this film makes it really boring and unappealing to watch, no matter how amazing the animation/visuals are. I'd like to hear something other than "WAAALLL-EEEE" and "EEEEEEVVVVAAA" for a movie like this. A very disappointing attempt from Pixar.
Scary Movie- 86%, B
I loved Scary Movie 2 through 4, and after seeing Scream 4, which the original is what this movie is mostly parodying, I noticed that I never saw this one (since I was 5 by the time it came out.) The 4th is my favorite, followed by the 2nd, and this is probably tied with the 3rd installment for #3. It's a great comedy as they all are, but some parts are a bit weak and awkward, while some parts are really strong and classic, which helps overcome the weak moments by a lot.
