I thought that, but I suppose it's the fact she didn't tell anyone. The fact Audrey hid it from everyone all last season and has tried to hide it all this season makes her look suspicious, and as the saying goes "guilty by association".

If you invited someone who laters killed multiple people to your town, other people would be damn pissed at you, don't you think?
I was confused by this at first and thought of it as some dead giveaway of his lack of innocence, but he knew Brooke was going to lure him to the motel and I'm sure it just means that she told him about what happened. To his dad though, it definitely looks bad on him.
Killing Brooke would be a huge mistake tbh .. she's a huge fan fave of the show and she's too invested, her dad (The Mayor)
I don't see the point in killing Zoe either, I mean let's be honest she hasn't been that pivotal to the plot yet

Seth's
death. But whatever, I just don't want any of the main characters to die
In Emma's defense, she's just found out one of her best friends was close to Piper and actually encouraged her to move to Lakewood. I'd be pretty pissed too!
I'm so attached to all the main characters that were also in last season, I hope they all make it but I don't think they will.
