Motivation may not be pop, but it's VERY commercial--US urban radio-friendly. None of her other singles were right for pop or urban, including Commander (too Euro to catch on).
Motivation is just HOT, It already being at #33 is really impressive, a lot of urban singles peak in that area when their AI is much higher. Although, urban music is back on the digital rise.

Only Girl sounded "Euro" too but that didn't stop it from becoming a #1 hit in the US.
