Think about it like percentages. The song at the top of the list is 1.000 which is 100%. TOTGA is .7263, so its basically selling 72.63% of the #1 song.

No, I swear to God I am being serious. 'TOTGA' has always been one of my favorite songs from the album. Before my ban last month, I was talking to Sammi about Katy. I know I say a lot of **** about Katy, but I seriously don't hate her like I seem to make people think. I don't like her for some of the things she has said and done, but I listen to her and like her videos.
