She probably doesn't perform it because of the overlapping vocals in the chorus during the "you disappear, disappear, disappear, disappear" part. I figured the same with Sweet Dreams, which has overlapping vocals in the verses and chorus. She'd either add sound effects or have the Mamas sing the overlapping parts whenever she performed it. Disappear is nowhere near as bad as Sweet Dreams in terms of overlapping, tho. The Mamas could easily fill in for Disappear.
Hmm, come to think of it she also cuts the bridge out of Upgrade U as well. Overlapping occurs in it.
