The idea of them recording solo material actually really excites me, but at the same time I'm in no rush to hear it because that would mean 1D going on break / splitting up.
Just because he's (possibly) recording right now doesn't mean he's going to drop out of the contract early, I'm sure he of all the members wants his cheque.
He doesn't go out often, and when he does, he doesn't know how to handle the situation. Like, he should accept that he's famous and learn how to deal with fame
