SNSD giving me Cheryl Cole teas with their Mr. Mr. performances. Using the exact same pre-recorded vocal on THREE different stages.
The choreography isn't even that intense apart from the dance break where they don't even sing. Live vocals shouldn't be that much of a stretch. Taeyeon, Jessica, Tiffany and Seohyun should be singing live at least. Mess.

Don't make the mistake of thinking it's just an SNSD thing though. I noticed during many of TVXQ's music show performances of Something that they were using the same pre-recorded vocal track too. It's super lazy but I suspect it's just how SM are doing things now
That said they haven't been doing the same during their current Spellbound promotions so who knows.

I don't think SM enforce it with all their acts though? Usually in the past they would just put certain members on playback i.e. Yoona and have the others singing live, but the whole group playback is dumb, especially when there are 4 great vocalists in the group. If they really want playback, they should rotate between 3/4 different pre-recorded tracks to at least make it convincing. But then this is SM we're talking about.
Maybe their other pre-recorded tracks got "corrupted".
I want to buy Crush and Pink Tape from yesasia and there's a shipping option without tracking code. What does it mean? I'm new at buying physical K-Pop albums

It just means that they don't give you any way of keeping track of where your item is in the post.
