Hot and He wasn't, and I'm with you. I think that give you what you like can be my fave but it hasn't so much attention from Avril and her lable (mostly from label I think)
Also I like Let go album (especially b-side songs!!) and UMS and TBDT eras because there not so many hypocrisy in the interview and tv shows.
And last album has so many potential but people ignored it with no reason. I wish I can restart this AL tour and it can be more interesting.

I guess her album tracks are keeping them alive. Don't know if it's a good or a bad thing.

So apparently that Charming movie is coming out in Q3 of 2016.
I want to know what her record label about all of this. They probably think that the Xmas album is a great idea, and for now I think this is her only chance to scan gold in the US.
We will either get Avril's Rockin' Xmas or a greatest hits before the actual album.

Great.
I like all of her era, some more some less, but all in all I like most of the songs she has released.

The dedication.
Anyway, if I remember correctly GL was a hit in Russia, at least it was certified gold.

Well, that would be my case, because I haven't really liked any of the singles since UMS, except for Let Me Go. But you won't see me going around and saying "I want the old Avril back" like those losers

So basically, they're living in 2004-5, poor them. I hope they have their own life and don't go to bitch to those forums often, it would be such a loss of time on their part

What about the song she wrote about her struggle with Lyme Disease? Is it coming out this year, did she tweet something more than that she'll talk about it in the upcoming months?

I'm a male, older than her, and it's hard for me to feel identified with her sometimes, ESPECIALLY with girly (and stupid) material.

I need to go on a little rant here.
I've seen P!nk, Kelly Clarkson, and Justin Timberlake live in concert over the past few years. And I must emphasize that the vast MAJORITY of the crowds at these P!nk/Kelly/JT concerts are in their late/early/mid-20's and maybe late teens (at the youngest). There are still teens and tweens among these concertgoers, but not in noticeable numbers like when Avril embarked on TBDTour. Plus, these audiences at P!nk/Kelly/JT shows are a rough mixture of both females AND males. And the males in these crowds consist of a lose mixture of both gays AND straights.
Avril SHOULD be targeting these types of demographics. It's disconcerting to see a pop artist entering her second decade in the music business with the age of her target audience never changing.
End of rant.

My Happy Ending will pass 100M in like 2 years, Spotify is not her strong side, her recurrent sales are non-existent... There's really no interesting stuff going on for her chart fanatic fans. We will hopefully get some new RIAJ certifications...

All of them will take more time, HK will be the earliest (98 days) by that time, I'm sure she'll release something ( at least as she promised ) And yeah we'll probably get HK, HTNGU & HYRM certifications in Japan ; Speaking of that, what about Smile I'm sure it sold well there ! Fly was also doing fine last days in Japan, it charted in Canada, And it sold like 15k in the US And I really want to know how much did RnR sell in Japan as of now
Her next era will be her make it or break it I guess

Yeah, essentially she only attracts teens and early-20's (at most). Last time I went to a concert of hers in 2011, I didn't see many "grown-up" man or women, I think I could be one of the older people there, if no the oldest
I think their label(s) and management haven't helped her to make a good transition. The problem started with TBDT, which almost exclusively catered to teens and even childish (mainly girls), including the clothing line. After that, she's showed signs of wanting to release more mature stuff, but labels haven't "bought it" and they still think catering to so-young people would still be a good idea. Of course, she isn't completely innocent, she seemed contented to keep portraying that "carefree, juvenile" image that is not even liked that much by today's teens or kids. However, when you see some "downtime" interviews and pics, she looks more mature and grown-up, but then the album/era comes and back to "juvenile" style

I don't really remember Smile's chartrun in Japan. It's usually the lead singles that do extremely well in Japan. It was released before iTunes became the biggest digital retailer and I don't think it did that well on Recochoku. Push did better in Japan than WYWH, they completely ignored the later.
Oh well, here's to never getting promised news on time.

Plus, I'm surprised that Taylor is on this list because she's such a critics' darling and is totally embraced by the GP.
