Don't y'all worry. Pre-orders DON'T make the albums shoot up the charts anymore. The fact it's #2 based on ACTUAL SALES only is actually really good, especially if it holds up there for a bit.

Yeah I'm worried but it's stupid to even consider a #1 at this point. I won't be happy if they're not top 3 tho. My sales prediction is still the same: 95-110K.

Dierks Bentley reminder that portion of him being #1 on iTunes is that he had a Tonight Show performance last night and had a Today's Show performance today.

The girls take the Today's Show stage on Monday so hopefully it will propel them to #1

Also to update we are at 52 #1's so far.

I just hope 100k with SPS and a top3 debut! Doing <100k would be quite tragic.

#1 is not what I worry about. It's the frontloaded fanbase (typical of teen idols) which wasn't enough for iTunes #1 that worries me. I'm afraid it will start freefalling soon.

That doesn't happen anymore, iTunes removed the initial pre-order boosts that sent albums straight to #1 on release as well as for tracks I believe. There's still three versions charting inside top 70 so who knows how much they're selling / have sold already with pre-orders included.

But they aren't album sellers. Even with a 4x platinum single Reflection did nothing. I don't see them pulling anything over 90k in actual sales.

SO excited that they opened up registrations again on 7/27's opening day! I think the album slays. While Dierks may have the #1 on iTunes now, I'm hoping our promo on Monday can give us better longevity throughout the week. Hoping they rollout big promo for AIMH!
