Today's update starts in 15 minutes! The Rebel Heart massacre that ended yesterday's update in a 1-2-3 punch continues with punch 4 right out of the gate. How many more punches will it get before a rest is granted?
Also out is the last 11 to miss the top 40. There have been some flop 11s, some I wish stayed longer, and some that I respected for the boost they gave an underrated song. But this is truly the first genuinely wronged 11 of the rate imo.
Subomie's killer shade of the day - Triumphant (Get Em)
Host commentary - I’m a sucker for cheesy empowerment anthems like this. I wish her vocals weren’t so muddled though and sometimes it is really hard to tell what she is saying. I love this song, but I also kind of feel like it outstayed its welcome here.

Pandora – This song should be trash but I can’t help myself from loving it.
I love Iconic. But 50 is deserving I suppose. I mean, it's one of the highlights of RH, but when you think about it, that doesn't necessarily mean it's anything superb. Only on its respective album.
Host commentary - I don’t know how anyone prefers the generic dance track of a demo this once was. The slow build with those drums is a much better sound for the song. One of the strongest songs lyrically on Rebel Heart.
Guest commentary Mr. Fahrenheit - This will be appreciated a lot more as she gets older.
Reinvention– everyone loves the demo version, but I love this. I think it’s quite powerful.
Eeveelution- Her ballads this decade are just not good.
Quicksand– The final arrangement is beautiful but the Avicii demo remains superior
Subomie - Pleasant but got a little old for me. In the middle for this album I'd say.
Pandora – Mediocre at best. She ruined the almost flawless demo by turning this into a high school project sounding mess.
