Applause wasn't leaked. Gaga's team "Leaked" it to block Katy, i see that worked.

I see the shade, and it's quite stale. We're well aware of the fact that Applause has 'flopped', peaking at 2 on itunes behind a GP fav, and 4 on Billboard.

One of my instructors in school, who's worked on a lot of albums including a Prince record, said it's very common for the janitors in label headquarters and radio shows, of all people, to leak music.
