She honestly couldn't pick a worst song than Loverboy. We Belong Together was a great choice because it's practically a classic and everyone knows it.

Make It Happen though

WBT, #Beautiful & Always Be My Baby/Fantasy woulda been perfect. Fantasy and ABMB sound so current despite being over15 years old.

Make It Happen is appropriate for the occasion!! She's saying that all those contestants need to believe in themselves and they can make it happen .. + Mariah loves that song .. so if she wants to perform it . I'm happy for her!

u need to understand that in order for her to make good music she has to do what she feels is good and fun for her .. cornering artists and putting them in boxes is just close minded
