Britney Spears on Oprah's Next Chapter
Britney appeared on Oprah's Next Chapter for an hour long interview about her projects. Britney announced her alter-ego "B!TCHY SPEARS". "B!tchy is a darker side of me, a sexier more dangerous side of me. It's also a representation of what lead to my breakdown back in 2006/2007. She is a fierce, fashionista, diva. She is also an attention *****. My performance at X Factor Thursday was as her. She will let me see angles in a different way" she said. She also talked about her album: "It's done" she announced and said that "B!TCHY is like a In The Zone mixed with Blackout with Circus influences". She also announced that "I (Britney) will do a concert the night B!TCHY is released. It will be a longer then the usual concert. Really Really long. We are also working on a loooong tour which is also a bit longer then the usual".
To End the interview, she revealed the "B!TCHY" music video:
The video starts in the room where Britney was at the end of Toxic (Not on the plane). She suddenly starts running toward the window of the room and jumps out of it. She starts running vertically on the building. The room she was in suddenly explodes and multiple explosion on the building happen, Britney (As B!TCHY of course) falls down and arrives inside a black futuristic car. She start driving,and it goes really fast (like the motorcycle in Toxic). The car goes too fast and Britney jumps from it while the car enters a sex shop. Britney arrives fiercely on the ground. But there are flashes everywhere, Britney jumps to a really high building(Like a really huge and high one) and she arrives on top. She then see a plane arriving toward her and jumps inside of it through the pilot's window. It exactly the same plane from Toxic. Britney is a hostess inside of it, and the Britney that just arrived(B!TCHY) looks at everyone in it. No one minds her like if she was invisible. Britney as B!TCHY kisses the real Britney before suddenly appear with the hostess outfit. Britney(The real one) goes inside the plane bathroom with the fat man from toxic and winks to Britney as B!TCHY. Britney gives the blanket to the baby in the Toxic video and starts working and it ends exactly like the end of Toxic (View goes out of the plane and you see it go away).

By the way, I think we need a couple more rules. Some stuff in this game has just gotta stop. Me, Zune and a couple contestants have discussed these rules and we all think they are fair. These are sorta tough rules, though, so brace yourself. Meltdowns may and probably will occur. Some of these (ones marked with an asterick) are subject to change.
I'll add these to the OP later.
• No more than 3 active artists at a time! We can't have you making a million artists all release singles in the same week. It's incredibly messy and hard to follow.
• No more than 5 artists overall. Don't you think any more is hogging?  *
• Although I won't tell you what the formula is, I'm going to start taking up to 15% off for overexposure.
• Please don't post a thousand articles a day. I am putting the limit at 3 articles a day for your whole label. That may sound small, but that means that if you have the maximum of 3 active artists they can have 7 articles a week. This rule is an attempt to stop spamming and maybe get people to actually read and comment on the articles rather than having them just take up space.
• No making up stats! If you can't say that your single sold 1,000,000 copies in 2 days, why should you be able to say that the new video got 1,000,000,000 views in a week? Same difference, both are not allowed.
• Now, rather than buying ads, you can "throw points" at songs. This means that every week at the start of the week you can PM me or post in the thread the number of points you want to throw at a song. The more points the more "ads". Your limit on throw points is 30 points if you're this for doing one song, 25 points if you're doing this for two songs, 20 points if you're doing this for three or more songs.
• On the 6th of July, a Saturday, this whole game will be restarting. Everyone is allowed to join again but you don't have to. New people will hopefully also be joining. Everyone will lose all artists. The point of this is that people aren't stuck with the same artists the whole time. Also, I'll be able to start right of the bat with these rules rather than implementing them in the middle of the game. This might not happen but it's something I want to do.*

This was 2 weeks ago! This week i had bought a performance for Britney at X Factor and Nicki at 106th & park! It's not publicity! I think you confuse two different weeks
Those rules will start being used next week?
Does the articles rules include magazine covers?
Not more then 3 active artists? You mean like Not more then 3 artist who release a new single this week?

Yay, I can still buy 2 more artists. Will there ever be a new bidding period/free-for-all period?
An idea I had is that anytime somebody wants a new artist, they propose to buy it in the thread. In a 24-hour period, anyone else currently in the game can also bid on the artists. Whoever wins that bid war after 24 hours would win the artist. There could also be a limit as to how many artists can go on bid per person per week, as well as a limit to how many points can be used to bid on an artist to start.
1 artist per person/week, with a base at 10 points seems reasonable, but since I do not make the rules, it is just a proposal.
