Lola was born in Germany to a part-time Magician mother from Vienna. However, she was raised primarily on a farm in Fremont, Michigan. Brought up in The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (LDS Church) by a father who was in the CIA and a motivational speaker mother,[7] she spent much of her childhood writing songs and performing as a ventriloquist[8] with her mother and brother, who performed magic and escape art.[1] Eventually Lola moved to Los Angeles, where she now resides, to pursue music full-time.
