It's one of her worst albums. It's soul-less. It honestly makes me feel sad that she can go from her indie masterpieces in the 90's to this bland stuff. Even Kylie doesn't like it, she's said in recent interviews that they forced her to work with all these people and she didn't like the result.
Fun fact, the album was originally a dance/edm record, more tracks like Skirt etc that's why they released Skirt as a promo track, but then the label scrapped it and made her record crap like I Was Gonna Cancel.
Aphrodite is an example of modern pop done right.
However there's a few songs I do like: If Only, Les Sex, Fine
I went to the KMO tour twice and it was cute, not as good as her usual standards. The Dollhouse Medley of her 80s hits was the best part.
