Hmm that fit that tour and era amazingly, but I can't imagine how she would do something similar without just replicating it basically.
Taylor's 1989 tour stage was pretty phenomenal (one long catwalk that could lift be lifted at the centre and could then spin 360 degrees). Problem with that was that Taylor had to be kept attached to it at all times so she and her dancers were basically stuck in place whenever it was moving, which was kinda tacky.
Hmm... I know half of ya'll hate Gaga, but the Born This Way Ball castle stage was truly magnificent in person. It was enormous. It'd be cool if the album was a concept and she could have a giant something theme. That's something I didn't like about the MDNA tour, it didn't really have any consistent feel or theme to it. It's actually one of her weirdest tours, and eras tbh, wonder what she was thinking with the whole thing tbh. She found herself again with Rebel Heart though thank god, and I think she's back on track.
I love Hard Candy, but I definitely think that and MDNA era were both eras where she was kinda unsure of what she was doing in the long run. Rebel Heart seems like we finally have her back.
