From what I understand, Luke and will.i.am were working on the song when she came into the studio and just sort of threw it at her... which is absolutely gross. You can tell on SO many parts that Will's horrific songwriting made it to the final cut.

That song was a demo for Kelly Clarkson like, years and years ago. Which means that the hook was
already written and Luke pretty much made Ke$ha finish it. I don't want to believe "All That Matters" was forced,
I don't really think it was because it was produced by Max Martin... but I think she had less of a hand in
writing that song than in most of her music. Do y'all think Thinking Of You was "forced" a little?

Unless it's an organic collaboration that enhances the artistic qualities of her work, then I don't want her collaborating with anyone on the next record. She shouldn't have to strategise about which artists will make her songs more commercially viable. I mean, what good did 3OH!3 or will.i.am add to "Blah Blah Blah" and "Crazy Kids"? It's so contrived and tacky.

Wayne brings out qualities in Ke$ha that we never experienced from her Luke productions, so I'm open to that idea. As for Wiz, I wouldn't mind. If she genuinely wants to record an urban collaboration and isn't just throwing Wiz on a pop song for crossover appeal, then that's totally cool with me. What helps is that they're friends, so it wouldn't feel fake or forced.

I would absolutely love this. I want another urban gem from her, like Sleazy. She had a good flow and presence on that song imo, it wasn't half bad. I want to hear more.

And yes @ Wayne Coyne, obviously. He is a sketchy character occasionally (still love him), but a great artist and they seem to get along and compliment each other as artists very well. I stan him a bit, although I only follow him on Twitter to be the first to know whenever they meet again. He's a lot more active on Twitter than she is.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think she received a decent amount of praise for that song. If urban is a particular sound she wants to explore further, then she should go for it. I'd certainly be open to her giving things another try.

She needs to work with musicians that understand her craziness, and I think Wayne is the perfect fit for that. When collaborators get along, it often reflects in their output. There's no creative differences, which enhances the quality.
