Alright, so it is time to move on. borntodie appears to be the only one supporting Qatari's disqualification. Six people have voted (Bloomers, Superpower, rl231, Speezy, hello_world, and Nnmmo) to allow Qatari to stay in the competition -- that is a majority of the 11 players.
Ruling: Qatari will remain in the competition. As punishment, in Round 18, he must wait until only one spoon remains to grab his spoon. In Round 19, he must wait until only two spoons remain to grab his spoon. If he survives, in Round 20, there will be no more punishment for him. In addition, based on Celebrate's input: if Qatari allows this to happen again (posting spoon without my permission), he will be disqualified immediately. Thank you.
