Probably one in which her seven foot bodyguard was already handling the situation (restraining a 5-something woman) without her. You people make it sound like she watched as Jay went "CB-Rihanna" on Solange without doing anything. She stood by as a confrontation quickly escalated, and probably in shock, didn't have much of a reaction at first, until she eventually stepped in toward the end of the extended video. Beyonce's involvement in this is a non-issue, apart from people who are trying desperately to make it one.

Not saying Jay is innocent in this (honestly no one has any ****ing clue, hell, I'd put money on him deserving it tbh), but that's not always the case.
