If this is true.. then I have an idea for a new rate then Maybe a "Comeback Singles" rate? With songs like "We Belong Together", "Your Body", "On the Floor", "Womanizer", and more songs?

Yeah, Christina was the first pop girl of this generation that had an artist rate - Regina George hosted it, and she gave it the same title.
Has there ever been a rate of The 'Lucky 7' female 'divas' of the 90s. All of the 90s singles from Mariah, Janet, Madonna, Toni Braxton (who never gets her credit), Celine, Whitney, and Shania.
What do you want to rate, exactly? Even if you were to rate their singles of that particular decade, there would be inequality - Whitney certainly didn't release as much as the rest of the girls.
