Frank made wrote a coming out letter that resonated so much with his black LGBT fans, finally there was a popular artist that looked like them being open about his sexuality and candid about his love for someone of the same gender. that is revolutionary, especially since there are very few black LGBT artists out right now

Frank never really said he was gay so I do not know why people are so surprised he refuses to be labeled. As a debut solo artist, he claimed he was bisexual and was in love with a man once. As far as I can tell, he is probably doing the same thing Prince, Bowie, Gaga, Nicki and many others did which is feign gayness for media attention. In the end the sales chart is archaic and the only one that matters is the BB200. If you pull your stuff from one component in order to boost another that's fine. You win if it helps you end up higher on the BB200.

Adele has been vocal about her distaste of streaming services. And besides, just cuz labels think streaming impacts albums doesnt make it a fact. Correlation =\= causation. Thats like 101
That said, im not against streams. At the end pf the day if your album was streamed enough to make more money than another album, why shouldnt it chart higher
