A few scenes are out of place due to scenes of the nurse concept being damaged and them using old footage to make a halfway decent MV

It's a shame those scenes drag it down, for me anyway. I was so looking forward to the nurse concept. Sad.

Not every concept has to be 100% literal.
I mean, they were in a car garage too, what relevance does that have with the song? It's all about imagery.
EDIT: And as IAM said, the styling was poor. If they had a Beyoncé - Haunted sort of androgynous look, it would have been better, The jeans and boots are a little tacky.

The girls should have worn tuxes at the very least it would have gone with the ending scene of the MV.
