Heart Attack was, it depends on the material. The material she's sent sent to radio has been stale ever since and it's nothing new that the GP hasn't heard of, not even one element in the songs are fresh. So yeah if she actually sent a great track to radio I think digitally it can do great too. if by "that kinda artist" you mean the kind that releases safe material that can easily get airplay but doesn't think about how the digital buyers will respond to it, then yeah she is
She needs to release a ballad next (or Two Pieces), and get the hell outta that comfort zone so that GP takes a second look at her.
And this is doing fairy well too
