To drive album sales. It's a marketing stunt to boost or sustain units.
They are aware that the song is doing well on radio so a listener becomes interested in yet another feature heavy single likes it and checks it out on iTunes and sees that's its album only...
many people wouldn't go the extra step to illegally download it unless it's their norm so her team are capturing those that might likely just by the album basedon interest for the song and then liking other tracks after listening to them on iTunes
Yes at them putting it on spotify...she can debut on the hot 100 with those streams
