I haven't spoken to Sharifa or Francy since Avril's last show almost ONE YEAR AGO. Based on what the two of them said to me, it didn't seem like either one of them even cared about Bandaids anymore.
In all honesty, Bandaids didn't have to die like it did. Britney's Breath Heavy is in the same state that Bandaids was before it shut down. Over at Breath Heavy, all the Britney stans spend much of their time bemoaning Britney's lack of commercial success, at the same time shading any relevant pop girl from Katy to Taylor.

To an extent, yes. I know Sharifa has been struggling to "pay the bills" since a few years ago due to lack of success of both Avril and Bandaids, so it's understandble that she may not feel as passionate and involved as she was before. Could have she done things differently? Probably, yes. I know Francy is busy in her personal life and can't put time on Bandaids (not even Bandaids Italy), perhaps a few tweets here and there.
As for Avril's fault, I think last album/era started badly with the album being delayed thanks to Epic and their "search for hits". Later, she got married and it messed up all the promo for the first two singles. And to finish, she got the Lyme disease while on tour and that tour was underwhelming, to say the least. Things could've been done better, but other things that were out of Avril's control happened.
