Ke$ha says oh my debut album Animal comes out on January 5th. I stay up til midnight to download it. Except it was put on iTunes around 11:17 or 11:37 (one of the two). That was the fourth of January...not the 5th, even if Ke$ha said the 5th. All the press said her CD came out the 5th. Just like every other artist.
Well of course they'll say midnight but you do know that the songs aren't advertised right at when they put them on at 11-something. You actually have to do a search for it in iTunes, so it's not like a ton of people are gonna know about it immediately...

Press releases NEVER say midnight. EVER. they didn't have to say midnight unless something was going down. Her team is having meetings with iTunes. you're acting like if she's going to be handled like every other artist.
