Start with "Greatest Hits" (2001) if you just know 3-8 songs from her. This is how I started and now I know every song of hers, you can check in my last.fm.
If not, start with the albums Daydream and TEOM. (Butterfly was one of the hardest for me to get into, apart from the singles, because the songs are very smooth and may bore you a bit at the beggining...)
