The only superior Rebel Heart demo is the actual song "Rebel Heart."
I used to feel the same too (and was mad about it) but after seeing the tour performance I think the album version is just perfect, it exudes so much nostalgia and sentimentality which the demo fails to do. The demo will sound hella dated (it already kinda is) while the album version remains timeless.

The album version will sound "timeless" because its so bare and low-profile whereas the demo's production is literally pop perfection. It sounds very current but still manages to be very "Madonna". The demo gave me slight ROL/Music vibes with the acoustic-meets-electronic vibe
