It WAS her own hair on Jimmy Kimmel imo. I'm not an expert at all, but we know she has long hair, and when it's thick like Ke$ha's seems to be, then all you need to get it in shape like this is to use a little hair balsam when you shower. No wig and most likely not even extensions here.
