I agree. I like the song but there were much better choices on the list of 2009.
When I had to Rank the Top 3 of 2009 in the Final Round, I didn't have too many choices because my favorite songs were already eliminated.

Kelly's songs should have won 2005 & 2006, she started the whole pop/rock trend and proved she can sing her ass off.

"Toxic" is more original and experimental that everything else released in 2004.

"Fighter" should have won 2003 and Shakira 2002.

Nobody said the song was bad it's a great song but there were better choices that year.
