They say in the release notes page that he needs others to tank for him and has no escape, so basically just AP mid without the tank part.
I think he looks beautiful, but judging from the abilities...it's just like Anivia, Lux, Shyvana and Rek'sai had a baby, nothing really new and groundbreaking. I always get hyped for nothing.
