I LOVE Iggy and have for a while but its just too messy being a stan
She basically said on twitter that she gives 0 ****s about her TNC singles because of "pop features", but doesn't the sis realise, those are the songs we live for? I couldn't care less if people dragged her about being a one trick pony or if people call her pop not rap, those songs and the album were a BOP.
I grew to like AZILLION but if the sis gets dropped, or the album gets scrapped she needs to stop playing and just make her label happy.. she wants to be succesful doesnt she? She can do that on her own without a feature BUT she needs the label on her side, so rather than moaning and discrediting and dissing any future pop girls she collaborates with she needs to shut her mouth and get on it, respecting the fans during the process.
I get it she wants to be seen as a figure in rap, I don't think its going to happen & her be succesful its one or the other, and with how she likes to do things ( with expense) she needs the label to help or even she is going to be disappointed when DD is released. I know she could care less about sales as long as she's happy with the album but the sis won't be happy with cheap visuals and neither will we.
also i'm sorry for being inactive, i've got a lot going on at the minute and walk the line is being replayed like crazy.
she will never really be accepted as a reputable figure in hip-hop, that ship seems to have sailed, she should probably just play her label's game and become pop's go-to female rapper.
Azillion seemed to be getting a pretty decent response though, so i'm a bit confused as to why they had it removed, and tbh i don't see the point of removing it anyway. she stated it was just a buzz single multiple times, as least it had people talking about her from a musical perspective, they could've easily just moved on to the next buzz track.

I completely agree with u sis 100%... she needs to understand they dont like her and never will. I do think its cool to have a bit of both. But this is her second album you cant take a huge risk when its make it or break it. YES she wants to feel like its something she likes but at the same time i know iggs wont be happy if it flops because people will trash her and we know how she reacts to that.
^ me too idgaf what people say I like pop Iggy and there should be pop songs on her album, I want diversity and the thing I'm afraid with drugz is that the whole album will sound like this(i love the sound tho). I get what she's trying to do but there needs to be a balance this album is make it or break you take risks on your third album or so after you stablished yourself... idk I'm so conflicted about this. I do love Azillion tho and I don't think it was a disappointment because its just an album track.

Iggy sis U could've easily made an album with 15 songs with 6 Pop sounding songs and others hardcore rap and thats how you balance ur album
