It sold 7,7M in 2010 alone. I doubt it only sold 300k before and after the tracking period.
I'll pick 9M as an estimative number.
Born This Way, on the other hand, might be a about the same number, as I doubt it passed or is anywhere near 10M. It sold 8,2M in 2011 alone and since the era was already dead worldwide by January 2012, it might have sold some additional copies in Asia, or at least in Japan while she was touring there.

The receipts we have indicate 9 million but if Billboard and other sources confirmed that she has sold 146 million pure singles, it wouldn't be far-fetched to say it sold 10 million. I also do the same with Telephone, who was at 9 million early in the decade.
Calling Poker Face, Just Dance, Bad Romance, Telephone and Born This Way 10 million sellers is not crazy given how huge and prominent they were as hits.

Even if Born This way still hasn't reached 10M in sales, it might reach this number eventually after Gaga's next era.
Telephone was certainly a huge hit, although I remember its comparisons to songs like Scream and Shout (which sold 8M, I think) and some users saying Telephone didn't manage to outsell it.
Selling 173M records in such short time is impressive, without any doubt. Even if we take out this Billboard's confirmation out of equation, selling 150M is still undeniably amazing.

Poker Face's longevity is impressive! That song is her signature hit, that's for sure.
Paparazzi, Alejandro and TEOG all have sold (around) 5M copies so far. Which one felt bigger as a single? I'd say Paparazzi, I think it had much more longevity than the former.

Paparazzi longevity is impressive, in terms of longevity i would rate them like
Poker Face>>>Paparazzi=BR(have not seen it charting on itunes for long time)=JD(it youtube views are horrible)

Alejandro was, by far, her biggest single in eastern europe and latin america.
Paparazzi comes second and then TEOG.
Overall, I'll say, in terms of sales: Paparazzi > Alejandro > TEOG

Are you guys sure you're using the same basis for this comparison? Cause Poker Face's views are higher on VEVO than on YouTube (nah). And on YouTube, Poker Face's at nearly 270M (About 269.9), so that would mean +1.2M, which is BY FAR more plausible.
3M in 3 days would mean 1 million views a day and, well, it's impossible.
