I'm asking myself about that almost everyday... With so many great potential singles, with critically acclaimed album, how could someone f*cked up this era so much.
No promotion, not well considered single choices, RCA really killed this album potential.
I only hope that they take a lesson and next era will be as successful as the Legend like Usher deserves

Numb deserved to smash the hell out of the charts, block OMN and diamonds, and stay there for 17 weeks. I'm pissed it flopped, it was such an amazing song.

No, that's why it flopped nothing was promoted except for Scream, and thats because of Dance Central. His label should know better promotion is really important.
