the fact some kats are trying to say ignoring someones existence and stopping them from speaking then announcing to everyone how they wont leave you alone like they're desperate for your attention is not bullying behavior
She seems really angry about Katy's willingness to engage in politics and promote it to her 80m+ followers, many of whom would be voting for the first time. It feels like she's doing this to get publicity for her political ideas and opposition to Hillary more than anything
