Besides, she's said 3 tracks on her album are single material, including Team, but since she's still recording it, we have to wait.

If she said it's single material, it's single material. And single material is a song ready for radio.

if you're a big artist and you choose a song as single, you want it to play on the radio. So any single can be radio friendly. Big proof is Stressed Out by twenty one pilots. Completely different from anything on Billboard Hot 100/Top 10 for years now.

And what happened with Adele's When We Were Young? radio is not here for it but its a single. Hence the underperformance.

Who cares if it's radio friendly let's be honest, I mean if you want generic pop stuff go check for another artist.

If this is the music Iggy wants to make, then it sounds good to me. I personally think it sounds fine from the 2 snippets we've heard so far.
