I still say Jeremih or Rihanna. Jeremih makes the most sense, and Rihanna makes sense if they're unsure of how the song they did will do, and want to play it safe by including her as a feature so they know whether or not to push it and/or put it on her album. If it turns out being a smash, then they can ask digital retailers and Billboard to change it to Rihanna and DJ Mustard. Again, though, it's probably Jeremih.
Travis Scott is on Epic. The picture features a Def Jam trademark. DJ Mustard is not on Def Jam, but he is Roc Nation and "10 Summer Records." It's a Def Jam or Def Jam affiliated artist.
I wouldn't rule Britney out. He did say he worked on a song with her and Larry Rudolph also said last year that they want to "put out a few great singles" before an entire album.
I changed the release date in the title to 1/8 since it's not going to be out until 11pm EST tomorrow night, which is conventionally the release time on iTunes for things listed as the next day.
